White Bean Dip
This is my daughters favourite dip. She'll devour an entire tub full in one sitting with her favourite nacho chips.
It's super simple to make, especially if you're using canned beans. I prefer to cook dried beans, but, that does take quite a bit of time. It's great if you can soak your beans overnight before you cook them too.
All you'll need for this recipe is a food processor!
RECIPE: Ingredients: 2 cups dried white beans soaked overnight and cooked 1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup water 5 garlic cloves sliced 1/3 cup fresh cilantro 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper Directions:
Once you've cooked your beans, ensure they have been rinsed cold. Processing warm beans doesn't work out too well with this recipe.
Put all of the ingredients into your food processor.
Process until smooth and creamy.
