Sweet & Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce!
One of the most popular items on our summer menu at the shop was our raw spring rolls! Most people asked for a double serving of the peanut dipping sauce that came along with it. It’s hon one of my absolute favourite things. I use it as salad dressing too!
This recipe will make about a cup of dip which should be plenty for a whole plate full of spring rolls
1/2 cup tamari (or soy sauce)
1/2 cup smooth natural peanut butter
2 TBSP agave
1 1/2 TBSP rice vinegar
1 TBSP sesame oil
1/2 TBSP sriracha
2 garlic cloves sliced
place all of the ingredients in your high speed blender and blend until extra smooth and creamy.
