Cashew Cheese

This recipe is more of a sauce that goes with pretty much everything. It's great with crackers. It's amazing on wraps. It's wonderful in lasagna or on noodles alone. It's so versatile and simple to make that I'm sure it'll become a staple in your home too.



RECIPE:


Ingredients:

2 cups cashews soaked overnight and drained

1 TBSP nutritional yeast

1 1/2 TBSP lemon juice

1 large garlic clove sliced

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup water


Directions:

  1. Add all of your ingredients to your high speed blender

  2. Blend until super smooth and creamy

  3. ENJOY!
